I have a couple of H. I get sound but not video. Is there a setting to enable HEVC support? This issue might occur if the external codec is not install in Windows Media Player. I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps. Type troubleshooting in the Search area on the taskbar. Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows. Select Windows Media player Settings. Follow the on screen instruction.

Test video in the program, by opening it, then find it in open file, that way it is running VLC drivers only, and see what happens.. If that doesn't work, you need a codec fix.. Check if it helps.
